Wes Harpster brings over 20 years of leadership experience across the U.S. Navy, Army National Guard, and private sector. A Global War on Terror veteran and current MBA candidate, Wes has led cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments, managed over $10 million in military assets, and overseen critical maritime safety and defense operations. With a strong background in engineering leadership and Six Sigma project execution, he has resolved complex, multimillion-dollar challenges. Wes combines elite military discipline with strategic business acumen to drive innovation and operational excellence in the global maritime security industry.
Raymond Goodrich is a seasoned U.S. Navy and Iraq War veteran with over 20 years experience in maritime security. He is a former LCAC Navigator with ACU4; he brings operational expertise from high-risk naval environments to commercial maritime defense. Ray also has experience in training for high speed navigation, small arms marksmanship, nonlethal weapons, and Crews Served weapons systems. He previously held the Departmental Leading Chief Petty Officer (DLCPO) position for Naval East Coast shipboard training.
